All eyes are on the Public Protector's website this afternoon as the institution prepares to release the much anticipated state capture report.

The Pretoria High Court ordered the report to be released by no later than 5pm today after President Jacob Zuma abandoned a legal bid to have it blocked.

But some skeptics don't think that Zuma has accepted defeat quite yet and suspect that there will be another spanner added to the works before the deadline hits.
