FillApp sends real-time fuel price changes direct to your phone

FillApp is a new innovative cellphone app, helping South Africans make better decisions on when to fill up their tanks.

It lets smartphone users know the best times and locations to fill up their petrol tanks.

The App does this based on the users car size, make and the fuel they use. It also gives users real-time updates on fuel price fluctuations.

CapeTalk's Kieno Kammies spoke to Fabio Longano, Creator of FillApp to find out how the app works.

People can enter the size of their tank when they register. Depending on the size of their tank and the grade they use we are able to tell them a pretty accurate estimation on what it will take to fill up their tanks.

Fabio Longano, Creator of Fillapp

FillApp is available on the Google Play Store and on the Apple App Store for free.

It is designed for all Android devices, iPhone and iPod touch. The app web version is available for free on all internet accessing devices.

Unlike most apps, you’re not bombarded with countless adverts and registration fees.
