Trump is dangerous - Richard Branson

The Midday Report 's Stephen Grootes spoke to Virgin boss Richard Branson when he was in South Africa to celebrate twenty years of Virgin Atlantic Airlines flying to SA.

He weighed in issues around the Brexit vote in the United Kingdom, saying it was one of the saddest days of his life and likened it to Britain 'taking a gun ans shooting itself in the foot', and doing so much damage to the European Union at the same time.

Grootes asked him about the outcome of a Trump presidential victory in the US...

There are so many ghastly things that could happen. The economy will tank, the American dollar will collapse, Isis will rejoice, and the rest of the world will wake up feeling as sick as many of us felt when Britain voted for Brexit. It's a frightening, frightening thought. The man is dangerous.
