City of Joburg mayor, Herman Mashaba, has blamed a member of President Jacob Zuma's security detail for the death of a friend over the weekend.
Taking to twitter on Saturday, he challenged SA Police Service (SAPS) to release the details of the vehicle that allegedly hit Solly Moutlana in Hatfield, Pretoria.
However, the Presidency has denied any involvement of a presidential motorcade in the alleged incident.
I have just received the terrible news that President Zuma's blue lights brigades killed a friend Solly Moutlana in Pretoria yesterday
