A woman who was on board the Hartbeespoort Dam boat that caught fire and left four people dead over the weekend recounted the details of the tragic incident.
Speaking to 702's Stephen Grootes, Amira, said that some people on the boat didn't get the details of the safety briefing that took place.
She also said that she noticed smoke emanating from the engine while disembarking but didn't know if that was the norm.

Investigations are still ongoing to determine the cause of the incident that was initially believed to have been caused by a lit cigarette.
