President Zuma to take state capture report remedial action on review

The Presidency has announced that President Jacob Zuma will take the Public Protector's remedial action on the State of Capture report on review.

The Presidency says the reasons for Zuma's decision for review will be made clear in his application, which is currently being drafted by his lawyer.

The report compiled and investigated under the watch of former Public Protector Thuli Madonsela implicated the President, Cabinet Ministers, State Owned Enterprises in corrupt dealings linked to Gupta family.
