Bloemfontein gets sub-Saharan Africa’s 1000th KFC outlet

KFC is opening its 1000th outlet in sub- Saharan Africa.

The American behemoth’s latest African outlet will be at the Lemo mall in Bloemfontein.

The first African outlet opened in South Africa back in 1971.

KFC is owned by YUM Brands.

It has 20 000 outlets in 125 countries.
