A group of teenagers in the Goodwood area were reportedly injured by a hand grenade that was allegedly taken from one of the teen's father’s safe.
They were playing with the hand grenade when it exploded and blew the hand off of one the youngsters on Monday.
According to newspaper reports, the hand grenade belonged to the father of one of the children who was part of the military and is now overseas.

Heitman says there are several incidents of military officers helping themselves to the weapons. He says the grenade might have been taken from one of the drills performed in the army as a souvenir.
