Military expert critical of slack explosives controls after boy loses arm

A group of teenagers in the Goodwood area were reportedly injured by a hand grenade that was allegedly taken from one of the teen's father’s safe.

According to newspaper reports, the hand grenade belonged to the father of one of the children who was part of the military and is now overseas.
