Recruitment specialist Candice Martin has emphasized the importance for job seekers to conduct thorough research before they are interviewed for a job.
Martin was speaking to #NightTalk's Gugs Mhlungu and Sizwe Dhlomo about how one can best get through a hostile job interview.

According to Martin, its is much easier today for job seekers to find resources to research the company and the panel which will be interviewing them.
She says this is an important undertaking, as job seekers will have the confidence to navigate any challenges they might face during a job interview.

According to Martin, historically, there are common questions that are asked in job interviews.
But she says that companies that are forward thinking are starting to ask different questions in job interviews.
