Turkish and Russian government have defined the killing of Russian ambassador to Ankara, Andrei Karlov, as a terrorist attack.
Karlov was making a speech at the opening of a photographic exhibition when the 22-year-old undercover police officer, Mevlut Mert Altintas, fired multiple shots at him.
EWN Turkey correspondent, Abed Ahmed, says Turkish police have detained the family of Altintas.
