While Christmas is a time dedicated to celebrating joyfully surrounded by loved ones, some often suffer in silence due to depression.

702's Phemelo Motene spoke to clinical psychologist and author of Love yourself for no reason, Mark Khan, regarding the personal challenges some people are faced with.

He strongly recommended seeking support from family and seeking medical assistance as some conditions can be treated.

Psychological assistance in combination with medication, you can look at the world different and start to love yourself.
