Mark Zinde - lawyer claims psychiatric tests not done

Mark Zinde who is charged with the murder of his TV presenter mother Hope Zinde will make his next court appearance on January 11, 2017. Zinde also facing charges of attempted murder and assault with intent to cause grievous bodily harm after he allegedly attacked his father, Dr Lebohang Mohale Manoto, last month. EWN reporter Victor Magedze explained that his lawyer, Francois Joubert, wants Zinde to go back to Weskoppies.

Joubert claims the proper steps were not taken and tests weren't conducted. He has made an application to court that Mark be taken back to Weskoppies.
