Little being done as more Ford Kugas catch fire - forensic investigator

It is reported that another Ford Kuga, occupied by a family, caught fire over the weekend in the Eastern Cape.

This is one of the frightening incidents that are being reported about Ford cars recently. Reshall Jimmy was burnt beyond recognition when his Ford Kuga also caught fire in December 2015.

Private forensic consultant, Dr. David Klatzow, is investigating the cause of Jimmy's death and has been in contact with the victim's family as well as the Ford company.

Ford's approach into this matter is very strange and we need to get to the bottom of it. I asked the CEO to release the wiring diagram of the car as it was a year ago and those things are not forth coming, I don't understand why...

Ford was approached by the CapeTalk's Breakfast team for comment on the matter. They admitted knowing about the problem and advised Ford Kuga owners to take the car for a free check up at a dealership.

Chris Moerdyk, Owner Of Moerdyk Marketing says Ford's approach is horrendous and absolutely shocking.

I don't know what it is about motor companies. They are absolutely paranoid about admitting any kind of wrong doing.

Chris Moerdyk, Owner Of Moerdyk Marketing

Ford have sat on their hands on this matter for ages without saying anything.... they are like a bunch of politicians.
