Find out how and why you should cut out booze for Dry January

Many people decide to give their liver a break after too much festive season revelry.

Janet Gourand is the founder of World Without Wine whose mission is “to support and inspire a life without alcohol”

They run workshops and do one-on-one coaching, social events and a support group.

We've even started Cape Town's first ever sober book club.
