Parents can spend a great deal of time stressing about what their kids should and shouldn't eat.
Casey Seidenberg, AADP Nutrition Consultant Nourish and columnist for the Washington Post, wrote an article recently about how parents need to be careful about 'policing' their children's diet.
She says parents should look forward to raising independent eaters, children who can choose what they want to eat.

Seidenberg says parents need to be creative when preparing meals and include some of the things kids enjoy eating, to make the meal tasty. For example, incorporate parmesan cheese into their greens she suggests.
