'Dagga couple' legalisation trial 'set in stone' for August

The long awaited court bid to legalise marijuana will finally be heard. Myrtle Clark and Julian Stubbs, known as 'The Dagga Couple' have finally been given the dates for the court case.

Julian Stubbs, director of social activism at Fields of Green for All, says the marijuana case will finally be heard on Pretoria High Court for 19 days in August 2017.

Stubbs says the date has finally been set in stone and will go ahead.
