The family of Reshall Jimmy – the man who burnt to death in his Ford Kuga in 2015 - will bring a class-action lawsuit against the car manufacturer.

Ford, however, claims there’s been no injuries, and that the 2015 case involving Jimmy was unique and unrelated.

Kaveen Jimmy - Reshall Jimmy's brother - says he has evidence that the fire started in the front of the vehicle.

John Maytham interviewed Kaveen.

Listen to the interview in the audio below (and/or scroll down for more quotes from it).

Kaveen Jimmy

Ford’s intentions were in no way sincere.
