AIC and ANC coalition talks on the table

African Independent Congress (AIC) party president Mandla Galo says they are meeting with the African National Congress (ANC) to conclude coalition talks next week.

Galo says ANC secretary general Gwede Mantashe apologised for cancelling a planned meeting on January 15.

The ANC went into a coalition with the AIC when it failed to win outright majority in Ekurhuleni and Rustenburg.

AIC demanded that the ANC re-incorporate Matatiele back into KwaZulu-Natal.

They have given us the delegation of the ANC which will be led by Minister in Presidency Jeff Radebe, requesting the meeting be held on the 24th, that's is next Tuesday.
