The red berets are already preparing for 2019 general elections, says EFF secretary-general Godrich Gardee.
The EFF declared 2017 as 'the year of the branch', following the party's third plenum to formulate the party’s strategic plans at the weekend.
Gardee says the young party will work to improve its campaign tactics and continue to compete with Gupta-funded opposition.

Gardee explains that the party plans to host various June 16 rallies across provinces, among other events its calendar.
He also justifies why EFF won't join the Occupy Absa campaign, and the party's news reservations about Public Protector Advocate Busisiwe Mkhwebane.
