You – along with millions of other South Africans – are probably addicted to your phone.
This means gorging on useless information on everything from a pastor supposedly curing pimpled vaginas with his shoe to Kim Kardashian’s latest whatever.
According to the latest annual “We are Social” survey, there are just more than 10 million South Africans on social media who spend, on average, about three hours a day on it.
CapeTalk’s John Maytham interviewed Content Strategist Jeanne Lloyd.
Lloyd suggests scheduling 30 minutes a month on an online cleansing routine.
