Gordhan and Gupta legal battle set to dominate in weeks to come

Political analyst and Talk@9 host on 702, Karima Brown, looks at the Gordhan and Gupta-owned Oakbay court challenge currently playing out. Gordhan lodged his replying affidavits on Monday after being accused of influencing SA's major banks of cutting ties with the controversial family.

A full bench will hear the matter involving Nedbank, FNB and Standard Bank. Gordhan has accused the Gupta-owned Oakbay of spinning conspiracy theories.
