British High Commissioner bids farewell to South Africa

Dame Judith MacGregor British High Commissioner reflects on her time in the country, and regards a scholarship scheme amongst the highlights during her more than three-year term.

When I arrived we were sending about sixteen masters scholars full-time the UK... but now upped that to 100 people. And hope for a similar number this year.
