EFF says it won't participate in President Zuma's parliamentary debate on State of the Nation Address on Thursday.
And they're heading to court and taking legal action over the way they were ejected from Parliament last Thursday.
Malema says he believes those involved were really members of the police service.
EFF intend laying charges against Parliament for using police to remember MPs and also will be suing the police minister for the assaults inflicted in members.
