Health Minister Dr Aaron Motsoaledi says there are 19 unidentified bodies of Life Esidimeni patients despite police and forensic investigations and efforts to find relatives and families.

Whilst there is a very good reason for us to blame government how it has handled this issue, but also as families we must take some responsibility.

First and foremost, it's a responsibility of a particular family to look after those individuals.

Of course, we can blame government. But, we have got to put a finger of blame to ourselves as families and community structure.
