Senior forecaster at SA Weather Service, Puseletso Mofokeng, says although cyclone Dineo has weakened, it still still a force to be reckoned with.
Dineo hit Mozambique's coastline late on Wednesday evening‚ north of Inhambane.
It is expected to hit South Africa's borders today through Limpopo and Mpumalanga, where heavy rain, flooding and wind damage can be expected.
