South Africa manifests covert racism - Judge Albie Sachs

Former Constitutional Court Judge Albie Sachs says racism in South Africa is now manifesting in different forms including on social media.

Sachs was speaking at the South African Human Rights Commission (SAHRC) hearing on racism and social media.

The commission hears presentations from various parties including F.W de Klerk Foundation, Ahmed Kathrada Foundation, Nelson Mandela Foundation and Facebook in their attempt to seeks ways to regulate racism on social media.
