De Lille to name and shame water guzzlers #WaterWatch

The City will publish a list of the areas where contraventions took place as well as the street names of the top 100 highest consumers for domestic, government and commercial users who are under investigation for contravening the water restrictions.

Gardens and pools and water where you don't need to use water... there we are saying: "Stop that." We're now trying to target the high-use areas, so a lot of our [marketing] resources are going to those people.
