Tax Ombudsman Judge Bernard Ngoepe says people may find more reason to practice tax evasion if government continues to use tax ineffectively.
Ngoepe says they have received a number of complaints from people about struggling to submit their tax returns, but has written to Sars commissioner, Tom Moyane.
He says he is convinced that the issue will be dealt with.
