Vaal Dam about to reach 100% capacity

Department of Water and Sanitation spokesperson, Sputnik Ratau, says the Vaal Dam was 88.48% full this morning following good rains this week in Gauteng.

The dam is expected to reach 100% capacity this weekend.

Ratau says the department is still to decide on what restrictions will remain in place.
