Opinion: President uses Gordhan/Moyane battle for his political gain

South African Revenue Services (Sars) Commissioner Tom Moyane last week conceded that his relationship with Finance Minister Pravin Gordhan is strained.

The Mail & Guardian published 16 confidential letters showing their tenuous relationship and how Moyane refuses to report to Gordhan.
