A case of assault against Former Springbok rugby player James Dalton has been postponed until April for further investigation.
Dalton who is facing charges of assault, intimidation and resisting arrest appeared at the Cape Town Magistrates Court this morning.
The 44-year-old was arrested on Thursday after an apparent altercation with police officers at an accident scene and was released on bail two days later.
