There are rising concerns of motorcyclists who disobey the rules of the road in the heavy morning traffic, jumping red robots, lane splitting and other dangerous behavior.
Andy Rice, motorbike instructor and expert says motorists and motorcyclists need to be more tolerant towards each other.
He says everyone is in a hurry to get to their destinations in the morning and that might lead to an element of recklessness.

We are all to blame, we all need to slow down and keep the pace of the traffic... lane splitting is legal, it is a privilege, not a right.— Andy Rice, Bike instructor and general bike expert
