Opinion: Minister Bathabile Dlamini you cannot fool all the people all the time

702 Breakfast host, Xolani Gwala, shares his thoughts on the Constitutional Court's decision to order Minister of Social Development Bathabile Dlamini to reveal details of the new contract with Cash Paymaster Services (CPS) to pay social grants from April 1.

Dlamini could not tell Parliament's Standing Commitee on Public Accounts (Scopa) about the details of the contract, but confirmed that they have negotiated a deal with CPS, but it's not signed yet.

A very important and decisive intervention by the highest court in the land.

Xolani Gwala, 702 Breakfast host

Gwala quoted the 16th President of the United States, Abraham Lincoln, saying: "You can fool all the people some of the time, and some of the people all the time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time."
