Eskom kicks off renewable energy process
Eskom says it has already started a process of shutting down units at it’s Komati Power Station, in its move to reduce greenhouse carbon emissions through renewable energy.
Four coal powered stations will be closed in Mpumalanga.
These stations are the 3 000MW Kriel, 1 000 MW Komati, 2 000 MW Hendrina and the 1 600 MW Camden power station.
