Rhino shot three times in the head

The rhino, named Vince was found dead by the staff at Thoiry zoo in France on Tuesday morning.

This is the first time something like this has happened at a European zoo, raising concerns of possible attacks of animals in enclosures. The rhino had only been at the zoo for two years.

The police have not been able to identify the culprits yet.

It's secluded, far from the urban areas.
