Lesco Manufacturing has been in the business of distributing electrical products and accessories for over three generations.

The company is said to be on the same wavelength as its Chinese competitors.

Director of Lesco Manufacturaing, Jonathan Shapiro, explains how family values have contributed to business's success.

What is important to note is that our family values have gone from our house into our business.

Each generation has to take ownership and responsibility and that is what is missing in most businesses today.

With common goals between all three generations, I think that is what has given us the platform to grow our business over 60% over the last few years.
