Transport Minister didn't approve Prasa CEO recommended by board - Molefe

Former Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa (Prasa) board chairperson, Popo Molefe, says it is not true that the previous board used unlawful means to investigate alleged irregularities and corruption at the parastatal.

Transport Minister Dipuo Peters has appointed a new Prasa board following the sacking of the previous board chaired by Molefe.

In the middle of all the work we are doing, including the process of routing corruption, we suddenly have the board dissolved.
