Officials arrived 11 minutes late, reports EWN's Gia Nicolaides.
They have now physically filed the affidavits and the legal parties will reconvene to hear the urgent matter in the ConCourt on Wednesday at 10 am.
We will hear what Chief Justice Mogoeng Mogoeng has to say about these two deadline's which have been missed.— Gia Nicolaides, EWN reporter
