An innovative residential property business has developed a new concept – “nano units” - in the Johannesburg housing market; providing “estate living” for those on a lower income.
What is a “nano unit”?
It’s a 15 square metre self-contained flat with an en suite bathroom and kitchenette.
All developments include spacious common areas - a lounge area, a café, indoor and outdoor playgrounds, braai areas, a supermarket, a gym, a crèche and “hot desk” office space.
There is also free Wi-Fi and DStv.
Units are priced between R1950 to R3750 per month.
