The stomach flu seems to be making the rounds.
Gastroenteritis, commonly called 'gastro', is an infection or inflammation of the digestive system, explains Dr Darren Green.
- watery diarrhea
- abdominal cramps and pain
- nausea, vomiting or both
- muscle aches or headaches
- feelings of feverishness
Consult with a doctor if:
- your losses of fluids can't be replenished
- the diarrhea persist for longer than a week
He also gave advice on sinusitis, food poisoning, glaucoma and and other medical conditions.
