Kathrada Foundation: Create a safe space for South Africans to talk about race

The Nelson Mandela Foundation, Ahmed Kathrada Foundation and other various groups under the Anti-Racism Network of South Africa banner, have been running an anti-racism campaign which ends on Tuesday.

Ahmed Kathrada Foundation communications officer, Zaakirah Vadi, says it is important that South Africans have conversations on racism and structural legacy of apartheid.

Vadi says people need to reflect on their daily remarks.

It is important that we create safe space for people to have conversations about racism.
