Blom says it may take households 30 days to feed electricity into the grid. He says with the current constraints at Eskom, they don't want anyone feeding into the grid.

Blom says Eskom has previously been a hindrance in allowing for a such a programme to exist. He says Eskom didn't want households competing with them.
They also wanted a massive differential between the price that they pay for electricity from your house compared to what you pay taking power from them.
