Nedbank Business Accelerator with 702

Chartall Business College helps working adults up the corporate ladder

Enter your business in the Nedbank Business Accelerator Campaign with 702 today.

Business Accelerator finalist Chartall Business College is an accredited vocational institution that helps improve the skills of white collar workers.

The college offers training courses and a Bachelor Of Business Administration Degree, explains business growth specialist Pavlo Phitidis.

Chartall Business College also provides ‘Recognition of Prior Learning’ (RPL), a mediated assessment process to help working adults obtain a proper qualification.

College director Dr Karen Deller says RPL needs to be certified so that they can be promoted to senior positions and create room for new university graduates and earn a qualification.

Without the certificates, working adults are trapped in entry-level positions. This blocks entry-level jobs for school leavers and new university graduates.

She explains that working adults with RPL certification get the benefits of job progression, greater earning potential and access to further education.

Phitidis says Chartall Business College could grow if it introduces a skills training package which benefits the institution as individuals advance in their workplace.
