EFF: ConCourt must order Parliament to discipline Zuma over Nkandla ruling

EFF leader Julius Malema filed a Constitutional Court application to have the Speaker of Parliament ordered to institute impeachment or disciplinary proceedings against President Jacob Zuma.

The EFF says it wants Zuma to be held accountable for his conduct associated with the Nkandla scandal and also for lying to Parliament.

We're not asking for the ConCourt to remove the President. The court must order Parliament to do it's duty.
