Pravin Gordhan out, Malusi Gigaba in
After much speculation this week since Gordhan was called back to SA from an international investor roadshow, President Zuma has executed a late night Cabinet reshuffle.
President Jacob Zuma has fired Pravin Gordhan as Finance Minister as well as his deputy Mcebisi Jonas.
The President has reportedly appointed Malusi Gigaba, formerly Minister of Home Affairs, as the new Finance Minister.
It is understood that 9 ministers and 6 deputy ministers have been fired.
The Presidency has announced that it will release a statement imminently.
