Today is the one year anniversary of the Constitutional Court ruling on the Nkandla spending debacle and Redi Tlhabi says President Zuma has left the country on edge once again, following the Cabinet reshuffle.
The Afternoon drive presenter says the Constitutional democracy will remain fragile, unless South Africans mobilise and become active citizens.
She says that mass action and demonstrations have the ability to symbolically communicate the mood in the country.
