The High Court has ordered Tasima to immediately hand over control of the eNatis traffic management system to the Road Traffic Management Corporation.
EWN reporter Barry Bateman, who attended the court hearing, says Judge Neil Tuchten found that in November last year the Constitutional Court ordered that the system be transferred to the control of the Road Traffic Management Cooperation (RMTC) within 30 days.

Bateman says the Judge added that there will be consequences if this is not done immediately. The judge also added that the sheriff is empowered to evict Tasima from the property.
