Trade union federation Cosatu has confirmed that indeed it is time President Jacob Zuma resigns.
General secretary Bheki Ntshalintshali says in the past when the President planned a cabinet reshuffle he would meet them and listen to their views but the same did not happen with the current reshuffle where Pravin Gordhan and other ministers were fired.
