Zuma promises radical economic transformation at local government summit

He also took some time to speak about this economic transformation, saying for his remaining term in government the focus will be on this radical social economic transformation.

According to him, this radical economic transformation is the fundamental change in the structure, systems, institutions and pattern of ownership management and control of the economy in favour of South African's, especially the poor.
