SACP denied permission to march, joins SaveSA's #PeoplesMarch

The South African Communist Party (SACP) has now joined the Save South Africa march against President Jacob Zuma.

SaveSA People's March will start from Church Square in Pretoria to the Union Buildings this morning.

The communist party has postponed its march to National Treasury, which was also scheduled to take place on Friday, after the City of Tshwane declared the march illegal.

SACP in Gauteng's Jacob Mamabolo accused the City of working with National Treasury to ensure the march is cancelled.
